Although very well located, the property is situated down a quiet side street guaranteeing a good nights sleep. The Coach House Hotel is located in a quiet side road which is a 5 minute walk from the city centre and offers private car parking for all guests. A comfortable bar offers beers from around the world and two locally brewed award winning Ales from York Brewery. Bar Meals are served every evening and where possible we try to source local produce.

82 Heworth Green is a beautifully presented large 3 bedroom 3 storey georgian townhouse. The property is located on Heworth Green approximately 10 minutes walk (2 minutes in a taxi) from York centre. The property has been refurbished to the highest standards and has a lounge with flat screen tv and dvd player, beautiful open plan kitchen diner with black granite work surfaces, large fridge freezer, washer dryer and dual zone wine cooler. The kitchen leads to a conservatory with a dining table and seating for 6, this leads via french doors to the garden with flagged patio area and outside seating. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and the second floor has a bedroom with 2 single beds and a house bathroom with bath and shower over.
